FORJEN runs timed releases. If you order, you’re buying a piece that is produced after the drop closes. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Once a drop closes, production begins. That means:

• Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or edited after close.
• Address changes after close may not be possible.

Typical ship timing is 7–14 days after close. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier delays, supply issues, or production constraints can shift timelines.

Drops are limited runs. We don’t promise restocks. When a mark is archived, it may never return.

Because items are produced after the drop closes, all sales are final — except for defects.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We may request photos to verify the issue.
• If confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Small differences in print tone, texture, or placement can happen. These are not defects.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FORJEN is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. If we’re responsible for anything, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the product.

We may update these terms. The version posted here is the version that applies.
